He made the process much easier for us and was always friendly and responsive to our queries. Thomas Merrifield were very helpful and professional throughout. FacebookI first dealt with Simon of Thomas Merrifield over 10 years ago when he sold my parents house. My wife and I had a further dealing with him in 2011 when we offered on a house that TM were selling. Although acting for the seller, he had a refreshingly honest approach to the sales process which speaks volumes. We were not the highest bidder so did not end up buying through TM. We later bought a house through another agent and lived in it before deciding to move at the end of 2016. It was an easy decision as to which estate agent we would use, having had such a good experience with them in the past - I didn’t even call another agent. Simon was efficient, honest and ultimately very successful in finding a good buyer for our house at arguably a difficult time of year (3 weeks before Christmas). It feels as if Simon lives and breathes property in the Abingdon area so he is very well placed to advise. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and the Abingdon Thomas Merrifield team.
