GoogleEverything took a month or more to fix, but every time they needed something from me it was always in a rush. It is amazing how long somethings took to fix / do.

I was sorry to read your comments, my staff always work as quickly as they can at resolving maintenance issues but we dont have authortity to spend unlimited landlords funds, we need to wait his permission to go ahead with works. You did not treat this property very well, for such a fabulous apartment, you left it in an appalling state, all of which we had to resolve when you moved out. The landlord was also extremely upset & disappointed his property had been left by yourself in this condition, luckily he had a good agent on hand to sort it all out.

GooglePoor service from start to finish. would avoid at all costs. Worst estate agent I have dealt with in the last 30 years of buying and selling houses.

GoogleSHOCKING! Worst Estate Agent I've ever dealt with. Didcot office is always shut too! Can't even give 1 star.

Both our offices are manned by staff & telephone. Unfortunately sometimes due to busy appointments & staff annual leave there may be a very odd occassion the office will be closed for a very short period. We have also just recruited a new team member to be based in our Didcot Office, who will be joining us soon. Samantha, please call and ask to talk to Kelly, she will be more than pleased to help you or anyone else looking at buying a property. If she is not available, Donna should be able to help you. I think you have been very harsh in your review, everyone on both offices work extreamly hard and would always do their best to help you. We have 10 staff working full & part time, between 2 offices, so its very unusual for you to find us unabke to help you. We look forward to talking to you again in the near future. FacebookAbsolutely awful customer service, honestly recommend to stay away. Communications skills are poor, nothing gets fixed when asked and you constantly have to chase them up. They dont go trough formality atall. I've had an awful experience, it's really not worth all the hassle they put you through.
