What a professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service we have received from Phil over the last few months. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the help, advice and speed in which Phil has dealt with our complicated house sale. From the initial consultation and valuation; his professional photographer worthy photos of our property; to his cheerful, positive manner; all the way through to exchange. (Our house in fact selling within 24 hours) He did what he said, when he said he would; kept us informed; going above and beyond on several occasions. He has been exceptional on all levels. Taking the time to explain things in detail and make sure we were happy every step of the way. He has made what could have been a very stressful situation (myself also being 6 months pregnant) easy, straightforward and handled it in such a way that I have had the utmost confidence in him and his capabilities as our agent from start to finish. I have found his support these last few months unwavering. It's nice to know there's still some genuine, honest, helpful people around. Phil is definitely one of the good guys!

A member of this team, specifically Caroline Legge, has worked solidly to sort out a problem in one of our flats. She has steadfastly chased a boiler maintenance company which were almost impossible to reach by any manner! Caroline persisted and eventually won through. She also communicated with the managing company of our flat and gained a very supportive response which MAY ensure compensation of some damage that has resulted in this matter.
