We previously used Yates for our rental properties until they were taken over by Davis Tate. Thankfully Joe moved over too. Joe is fantastic, keeps us informed throughout the advertising, viewing and letting process. Had a couple of hiccups when Joe wasn't involved only because the others work slightly different so have requested Joe deals with our properties in future!

Regular communication throughout the time our house was on the market and throughout the sale was efficient and clear. Christina was professional m circumstances are unique she got me in front of her financial advisor who helped late at night. :)
Surprised to hear Phil has left and very disheartening to see that this is a fake a review for the new sales manager as I doubt Davis Tate Abingdon have suddenly started to deal with central London. Start as you mean to go on. Davis Tate being known for their honesty. This has changed my mind about them.

Dont use them they do not honour deals made before exchange of contract very dishonest bunch of rip off merchants change fees after agreed a price with manager before he was made redundant right before xmas with all the other staff in the burghfield common office say's it all should of gone with purple bricks but believed the lie's avoid at all cost
