From the moment we appointed them to sell our house, they were proactive in targeting the right buyers and sold our house in record time as we came out of lockdown. What can I say other than absolutely fantastic from the start to the completion of my house. I was with another local estate agent for 6 months with only a few viewings. Very bad communication. So I decided to change to Davis Tate. Sold first day on the market. What a different a estate agent can make. Thank you so much.

Renting with Davis Tate was a joy and pleasure. Real professional letting agents. Warren especially got things on time and got things sorted out with landlord quickly. The turn around was so spontaneous that never felt as an issue. Even getting the fixes over bank holidays were marvelous. Getting things right at any point and giving perfect clear clarification is tremendous.

They have always been very professional and you hear horror stories about estate agents taken renters for everything the have upon check out but I was pleased to see they were completely reasonable and honest. I let my flat via this company. The service was poor before COVID but became terrible after - they made many mistakes (one of which cost me a lot of money) and gave me lots of excuses and downright wrong information. My impression was that they didn't know what they were doing and hoped I wouldn't notice.
