Summertown office need micromanaging. If they're going to relay an applicants offer to you on your house, ask them if they have checked applicants proof of funds and if they have mortgage agreement in principle in place!

I cannot tell enough how good Breckon and Breckon has been with us. Sophie and Lucy helped us from the very start, from mortgage inquiries to search for solicitors. They were on our side on all the steps that led to completion for our new flat in shared ownership, providing us with excellent advice on every matter. Very professional and customer-centred. Honestly, I would be ashamed to be associated with such a bigoted, xenophobic selfish company. My in-laws, were given the run around to a degree that made them feel as if they were not even close to being worthy of renting a flat. Hope they get there comeuppance.

never informed us the property was sold 3 days before our viewing date, time of work lost, financial loss involving all our family!! Apparently left us a voice mail, we don't have that facility on our phones, surly they could have made an effort to contact us they had 3 days, useless.
