GoogleKept calling my tenants re: renewal of tenancy agreement after I told them not to. They ignore GDPR and pretend if you wanted your details deleting you have to contact each department (sales, mortgages, rentals) separately to get your info removed. Stop bothering people who are wise to your scam. They want £250 for renewal of a tenancy agreement and dammit they will blow your tenants phone up until you pay. Get lost, scammer company.

GoogleCertainly an experience you wouldnt forget!. We are a "Connells club" memeber. paid over 500 pounds for the remortgaging service. and it worked well for the first time or two. Then the old team left and the new team took over. and Just like that, they refused to do what we ask them to "we had all the documentation they asked for to their own admission". What happened was that we asked to get some equity back when remortgaging so we can pay a couple of personal loads we had to streamline our mortgage. at a meeting at the office, we were assured that everything is sorted and on track. We explained that we have some money but given the state of the economy and due to my father in law being unwell, we would like to keep that money just in case. Then my father in law passed away and we had to travel. Soon as they realized that is the case, "Kris Smith" said he believes we can pay the loans with our savings and that he wont proceed with what we agreed and we can ask another company to do it (knowing that we are not in the country and that is not possible), Perhaps if we were a few shades whiter, things would have been to his satisfaction! I told Connells that this gentlemans satisfaction of my request wasnt any of the conditions of the contract I have with connels (which we paid over 500 pounds for) but noone was interested. at the end I had no choice but to move forward with what he was happy to do as my wife wasnt in the right mindset to deal with it anymore. But you save yourself and get the barbershop next door to help you with your query as they cannot be worst than these guys.

GoogleWe bought our house with Charlie and Connells last year and we cant fault her. She is very friendly, knows her stuff and helped us push the solicitors who were dragging their heels quite a bit. She came round to revalue our house a year on as we had done lots of refurbishment, and is a really good person to have with knowledge and support when thinking about what to do next.

On every occasion the girl on the phone has gone above and beyond for me. Answering every question I have with so much thoughtful detail. It's great to know they do really care about their customers. I can't remember her name but she is a credit to this branch. I look forward to carrying on my house searching process with Connells!

GoogleSelling my mother's property, Abbie from Connells gave excellent valuation advice, great pictures and good marketing which showed the house off to the max and once on the market, we were bowled over by the response and number of viewings that were booked in quickly and efficiently, enabling us to receive offers well above the price being asked. we were kept informed at all times and felt confident that should we need help, it was just a phone call away.

GoogleConnells have been unbelievable from start to finish! From our initial meeting and valuing of my home that I wanted to sell in December 2020 they came up with the strongest value to other agents. They fully believed the house was worth that value and processed the sale procedure which went live on the 24th December 2020 By the 27th December they had the first viewing, and the sale was concluded by the 29th December 2020. A perfect and very smooth operation from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Connells as they are professional in every department. You certainly wont go wrong using Abingdon Connells.
