I'll be honest here. I've been a student and I've been a "professional adult" in Aber. While living in Aber in what now approaches 6 years, I have never had a letting agency respond to my issues faster that Padarn. As I consider myself a quite tidy and responsible person, Padarn has the perfect approach to letting residences. They hold a more hands-off approach where they trust the residents to look after the tenaces they hold. The contrary to this is when I have personally raised an issue with the accomodation there had been a professional at the location to resolve the issue before the end of that day (including bank holidays!). Padarn Letting is one of the few accomodation agencies that I recommend on Aberystwyth. The only issue that I may have it's their small staffing situation.

Had a fantastic experience renting with Padarn in Aberystwyth. Managed to find a great room on short notice and was one of the nicest places I have rented. Never had any problems and Sheila was always fab at responding and filling in details regarding moving in/out, dates, payment etc. Fully recomend Padarn for both student rentals and anything either side of the Uni life.
