GoogleHeather and the team are fantastic. Not only at marketing and selling your property but for the time and dedication spent liaising with others once our house had gone SSTC (the part that other estate agents had let us down on in the past). We had a complicated chain, but Heather was brilliant at chasing and keeping us updated at every step of the way. Without doubt, the best estate agent in the Abergavenny area. I would highly recommend.

GoogleRecently sold our house through Redian real estate and had a very positive experience through from Ryan coming out to value and initially chat and explain the process to Adam working with us throughout the sale, the lads where fantastic. Didn’t push us into selling and made sure it was the right price and thing for us. Couldn’t recommend Redian enough if you are buying or selling your property the lads will keep you at ease throughout what is a stressful process in it self. Thanks lads 👍

GoogleProfessional, competent business and always available on the phone if I needed advise. Very knowledgeable about the area where my house was up for sale. I had a personal agent that looked after me and if she wasn’t available someone else could answer any concerns I had. Thank you Heather, Ben and Katie for wonderful service, this is the 2nd property you have sold for our family and I would definitely recommend Parrys as the number 1 estate agent in Monmouthshire.

GoogleI don't recommend using this agency. It involves jumping through several hoops and wasting a lot of time just to view a house(rental). It seems like they can't be bothered to do their job properly. Edit: It seems my initial assessment was accurate. Despite numerous inquiries about a property, the agency has failed to respond. However, they did find the time to reply to my review. This experience has made me feel that renting a property is akin to playing a lottery where the winner is chosen randomly.
In order to apply for a rental property, we have to ensure an applicant does jump through hoops in order for us to do our due-diligence on for the landlord. There are several applicants as rental properties are few and far between. Every applicant will get an opportunity to view the property once the landlord views the application. Many thanks and good look with finding your next home. We at Redian are always here to assist, but we have to stick to our procedure.

GoogleJust bought a property from Redian a couple of weeks ago. We are very happy with it and very satisfied. Any questions, any queries were solved in minutes. The job was done at high standards. Compared to other real estate agencies they are new to this market but they do a high professional job. Thanks very much to Ryan and all his team for helping and good luck what are you doing. It is good to see young businesses growing up in Northern Ireland in such a difficult time and we are very proud the future is in good hands. .

GoogleExcellent agency. I was the buyer of a property listed by Parrys. They were helpful from viewing to completion. Responded to any queries we had about the house and the legalities, so we completed the purchase in just over two months. Heather in particular was straight talking and responsive even when out of the office but everyone at Parrys is great!

GoogleWe worked with a handful of estate agents while looking for our new rental property around Abergavenny, and Parrys was the most professional and super friendly at all times. When I called their office, it was usually Ethan I spoke with and he is a delight, with his friendly manner and willingness to assist. Parrys were also the only estate agent we worked with that took the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) seriously, and so they should. To apply for a property means sharing all sorts of super personal data with an agent, and in the wrong hands, identify theft can easily take place. One estate agent required me to send all my personal details to them by email - bank statements, and photocopies of ID included. Shocking! Whereas Parrys utilise the secure system created by RightMove, providing safeguards protecting clients sensitive information from getting into the wrong hands. Choose wisely next time you are looking to rent/buy/sell a property. Identity theft is not something you ever want to deal with. GDPR is the law and all estate agents need to pay attention, or pay huge fines as a consequence.
