After 7 failed attempts trying to purchase a house I became good at judging Estate Agents, and then I met Parrys. What a difference, Parrys were completely professional from the moment I made the first call and then on every interaction until completion. Vicky was superb and we have even had a laugh outside of the buying experience. The whole team were great and offered advice on things I had not considered. They certainly were not the usual Estate Agents I had become used to. I was made to feel as though I was being looked after rather than just another chance of a sale. I would definately recommend Parrys to friends and anyone else.

Had the pleasure of house sale recently (May 26) and normally not one for leaving reviews, but these guys are exceptionally good. So friendly and easy to chat with, super professional, so knowledgeable and a special shout our to guy called Adam W. Who was amazing and I would highly recommend and definitely use again. We were recommended Parry's by one of our neighbours who had used them in the past for the sale of a previous house. We had never rented a house out before, so we were nervous about all the possible issues that we could get caught up in, as we required the full management service due to moving overseas. From start to finish, Vivienne & Ethan from the lettings team were professional throughout the whole process. They made us feel at ease with the whole journey, gave us advice on all the areas that we needed to address, such as local governing bodies that we needed to register with, Insurance, Accountants etc. They assisted with all the paperwork and arranged the photos for the advert, including a full documented and photographed inventory. All possible tenants were vetted by the team, and they also provided the assisted viewings to ensure we were not part of the process, which is what we requested. All communication is very clear, and we are kept in the loop with everything to ensure the tenants are happy in the house. We would highly recommend Parry's fantastic service. Thank you, team.

We contacted them initially about renting a house we'd seen on Rightmove. They were responsive and flexible with viewing times. When we then spoke more in depth about what we needed, they suggested a couple of other properties. One was close enough, but there were outdoor storage issues and while we were quibbling over this a different house came on the market that fitted our criteria perfectly. Vivienne called us to talk us through this one and it was ideal. She facilitated a number of viewings for us to measure and double check things - I think we were a bit of a pain in the arse to be honest! Consequently we have moved in and are living our best life so far! Couldn't recommend Vivienne, and Olivia, highly enough.

The team at Parrys made our first experience of buying a house such a smooth process. Everyone was incredibly informative and friendly over the phone; if a member was unavailable to chat they would always get back to us by the end of the same day. Karl Pendry was absolutely wonderful and (virtually) held our hands through the entire process. His communication was excellent and kept us in the loop if there were any bumps along the way. He was also calm, patient and listened to any problems we had and queries that we raised. As a first time buyer, I don’t have much to compare to but considering buying property is such a huge commitment, Parrys made us feel at ease. I have to say that Parrys Abergavenny is a great team. They made the experience of selling my property a very pleasant one. All of them are extremely helpful courteous and very professional. Since I am living abroad they take that into account and went out of the way to help me. Gemma has very kindly went to the house to check the walls and did some minor repair, checked the temperature at my request, read the final meter for me and sent it to me. I am very grateful for her kindness shown to me. Every time I emailed or phoned I always got very prompt reply. Nothing is too much for them. Absolutely outstanding service. We knew Gemma was the person for us when we first met her (and we met with a few estate agents) and she didn't disappoint. Gemma sold our house the first time within 2 weeks and when that sale unfortunately fell through do to a chain on the buyers side, Gemma sold the house again with in two weeks!
