A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

Despite the negatives I got from friends regarding how less helpful the chancellor would be for me to find a house, was proven wrong through her and other team members i come across when I visited the office. GoogleI would recommend James dean. We sold our house with them and I am extremely grateful to them for their help and support. The process wasn’t easy and there were a few hiccups along the way due mainly to the downward chain but they helped to sort everything out in the end so we are very happy. Thanks to Hywel, Oliver and Ceri for their hard work and commitment to completing the sale, and for helping us navigate the highs and lows of buying and selling. All best wishes to the team

FacebookRichard acted as my agent to sell a local property for me, despite my residing in the USA. He was willing and able to work with my daughter who was able to represent me in the UK. He was prompt and efficient when responding to communications and made the process run smoothly from start to end. We achieved a quick sale and despite this occurring during the holiday season it was completed very quickly without any problems. Richard is very friendly and helpful he responsed to all correspondence in a very timely manner. This was a great experience in selling and should I ever be in the need of their services again I would gladly be a returning customer.
