The people with whom I interacted - Alistair Scott, Rachael Bulloch and Dimitris Anagnostou - were professional and genuinely concerned to be helpful. They made the process of renting a flat as pleasant as possible.

TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking
Do not rent a property from these jokers. It will be rife with issues and you will have to endlessly chase to get them sorted out. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had by a distance.

TrustpilotAgent did not come to the meeting
Agent simply did not come to the meeting to show the advertised flat as they couldn't find the key (or at least that's what I was told). I was notified only 20 min before the meeting.

Severely understaffed in the lettings team. Everytime I call them I have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
