Being a local lad I have had the good fortune to stay in a variety of areas within both Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.I have worked and lived in Aberdeen for over 54 years. I absolutely love the area, especially the fact we have so much history and beautiful scenery on our doorstep. No matter who you are, or where you're from, you'll be at home in Aberdeen It's a real warm community here. I love it. Who am I? Just a friendly, family man really. I love helping people out so anytime you have a question about renting or selling a property, or the housing market in general, Just stop me in the street, or give me a call anytime. I'm always happy to help. I've worked in property since 2009, I've been a landlord as well as a business owner! So I know how to look after my (and yours) tenants! I'm born and raised in Aberdeen, and my knowledge of the area is second to none. New to Aberdeen? I'll give you the grand tour!

GoogleWent to view a rental property, liked it and sent off our application. Received an email instantly to say a credit check would be completed on us and we would hear back within 2 days. 2 weeks later and they won’t answer my emails, my phone calls are never returned, the credit check was never completed and they’ve increased the price of rent on the house! Disgraceful service!
