Mark has been a super reliable property manger. We've been renting within Aberdeen for the past 5 years and we had made some terrible experiences the first two until we found Ewemove and Mark who were so accommodating and responsive. I can't compliment EweMove and specifically Mark Allen enough. After some years of struggling to sell the last remaining homes of a rural housing development 30 minutes from Aberdeen, we decided it was time to seek external help. I engaged a few agents based in/around Aberdeen and, having admittedly not heard of EweMove, was very impressed by their branding and sensed a genuine USP. You really did go above and beyond, especially when we needed all the help getting the roof leaks repaired urgently, which was potentially a very tricky situation as we live hundreds of miles away and friends were not allowed to travel into Aberdeen. At the outset, when we were looking for someone to sell our house, people told us that "everyone in Aberdeen goes the traditional solicitors route" and that we wouldn't get a buyer as no-one would see our adverts. You certainly proved them wrong! Apart from the fact that you did several viewings and sold the house immediately after lockdown restrictions were eased, We doubt very much that we would have had this extra help and excellent level of service from anyone else.
