GoogleThis letting agency had such poor communication and took forever to get contractors out for maintenance issues. Shame as our landlords were top notch and so nice but stonehouse let us down so much various times that we moved company and flat.

Do not rent a property from these jokers. It will be rife with issues and you will have to endlessly chase to get them sorted out. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had by a distance.

Agent simply did not come to the meeting to show the advertised flat as they couldn't find the key (or at least that's what I was told). I was notified only 20 min before the meeting.

GoogleWill try and retain a large proportion of your deposit for 'cleaning' even if property is left as it was found. Uses sister companies to carry out the inventory and cleaning so you will most likely be overcharged.

Severely understaffed in the lettings team. Everytime I call them I have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
