GoogleShocking!!! Was bad right from the start and wish I had followed my gut. No reply’s to emails or calls. Then just when I thought everything was finished it transpired that the decided not to pay my lender the amount that they requested-they took it upon themselves to remove the ERC and now I am being chased by the lender. When I contacted the solicitor they said they have waived it in the past so didn’t pay it!!!!

GoogleLawyers and conveyancing team are completely inept. Total silence throughout the entire process and have not even bothered to update me when important milestones have occurred. Estate Agency team are not any better.

GoogleThe most ridiculous flat inspectors out there. Totally unrealistic points picked up on vacated flat. Picking up items that had been changed but not remembering they had actually changed the items themselves. Nice try but no cigars this time.

GoogleDon’t use Aberdein Considine terrible company, had a done deal with an offer accepted and in place and they turned around and told us we didn’t have it. Absolute joke, first time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder and can’t even help us do that. Thanks for nothing

GoogleI emailed them saying that I would be interested in renting through their agency and asking a few questions about their affordability and credit checks. They did respond to my first email, but ignored my couple of follow-up questions. If this is how they treat prospective clients, I can't imagine how they treat their existing clients.
