FacebookHaving recently become a vendor of Bidmead Cook, and in particular the Pencoed office, we felt compelled to put our own review.Having recently instructed them to handle the sale of our property through the Pencoed office we have developed a relationship with the ladies who work there. They really do go the extra mile for their customers and looked after us every step of the process. They are always professional but more important to us was how friendly and helpful they always were. Plus they were really quick to get the virtual tour and professional photos carried out straight away. I would rate this office 10/10 and recommend anyone who wants a personal friendly and professional agent to go there. I have used other agents over the years and they have been fine, but just not given the same service we had off these lovely ladies.

Thoroughly professional and likeable staff, who are devoid of the usual reputation that's synonymous with estate agents. No incessant calls to try and push through to completion, as you get with most estate agents who only want their commission.
