By far the most friendliest, reliable & professional estate agents in Merthyr. Highly recommend their services. Special thanks to Allison who was absolutely brilliant with everything. GooglePoor experience while private renting a property we had rising damp in the living room which was reported to the estate agents but we was told numerous times that the wall needs to dry out and it was not rising damp around 5 months passed where it got to the point that communication between myself and the estate agent broke down and I had to contact the local authority to report the problem to them they came out to the property and noticed it was in fact rising damp they then issued a notice on the landlord to carry out the work we left the property before this happened as we were unhappy with the way things were handled I personally wouldn’t recommend this company to rent from not sure if it was the estate agent or the landlord who would not act on sorting the issue out.

GoogleI had a viewing of a property with Claire from the Aberdare branch of Bidmead Cook yesterday. Claire was incredibly helpful and informative, without being too pushy and overbearing. I felt comfortable to ask lots of questions and was able to look around at my leisure. Excellent customer service.

My worst experience was with Bidmead Cook Estate Agent Abergavenny. They have their own tricks to kick you out of the sale , if the property is good and is in demand, as they have their own rules for selection of the buyer which does not follow the normal or expected rules , but if the property is not in demand they will call you and email you telling this is the best option in the world. Please keep away from them don’t trust every word they say to avoid disappointment

GoogleMy next door neighbours wall came down months ago in a house rented by you. You sent a builder out a long time ago to price it up and no work has been done. I'm ringing your office daily with no answer at all. The wall has old bricks collapsing into my garden where my 3 children play and you have been telling my landlord it will be sorted yet months down the line we are still waiting. If any bricks damage my things or hurt myself or children I will be holding you responsible as it's a massive danger!!

FacebookI have had a terrible experience with Bidmead Cook in the Forest of Dean area. I am leasing a house that is managed by Bidmead Cook, the house was not cleaned or prepared for handover, there was so much dust, mould on the windows, mould bathrooms. The whole place smelled very bad and both my wife and I developed a cough soon after living there.We had a nightmare just getting the key from Bidmead Cook. The washing machine doesn't work, the landlord refused to make it good so we decided to buy our own, and then Bidmead Cook told us that we can't move the landlord's machine out, but I don't think they even discussed this with the landord. We have been hand washing our clothes in the bath!Bidmead Cook are very slow to reply to any emails, or they don't reply at all. The landlord has agreed to various small repair works, but after 1 month of living at the property nothing has been done because Bidmead Cook are a terrible management company who can't organise anything !!

GoogleYou have just lost your five star rating, Can you remove your To Let clutter from Maes Brynna Cwmdare CF44 8RH. The flat you were advertising as been occupied for months and your sights are irrelevant, one at the front of the property is laying on the ground. The.other at the rear is blowing in the wind and residents are fed up of looking at it. Remove these signs forthwith or I will remove them with a cost to your company. Thank you.

The staff are very rude until they want something from you, and they are not prepared to move outside their boxes to work with potential customers (as tenants). They refuse to show people around on Saturday, on two properties so far. despite the fact that I am prepared to pay upfront rental of 1 year or more on properties showing £900/£950 per month.
