Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.

Firstly, as potential purchasers we were kept up-to-date with offers in a supportive but not demanding way and were able to view the property withoout any problems. The service was so good that we asked them to manage the sale of the house also- which again was managed in a very professional and personal way. Lara, Rachel and Paddy have always been very friendly and couteous. They have always showed a genuine interest in the properties and their opinion we value greatly. Having had experience of other local agents - we definitely rate UPS Lisburn Road the very best. We will definitely continue to use their services with confidence. We would recommend them highly.
