Five stars does not do justice to the amazing service we received from Tom, Lara and Paddy. My house sale in Stranmillis had a few challenges along the way but Tom was proactive, professional and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Communication was brilliant from start to finis, viewings were well organised and we always received useful feedback. Really grateful for your hard work and couldn’t recommend UPS highly enough. Review for UPS and Team (Marguerite Dorian & Conor Beirne, Andersonstown Branch). Selling my late father’s house was an emotional and difficult experience, and I can honestly say that moving to UPS was the best decision we made. From the very start, the level of professionalism and care was outstanding. Conor Beirne was our main point of contact, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He reviewed the property thoroughly, gave clear advice, and once the house went on the market, it sold within a week! Throughout the entire process, we received constant feedback and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. This was a stark contrast to our previous experience with another estate agent, where the property sat for months with poor communication and a buyer who seemed unenthusiastic and slow to progress. That situation ended with the sale falling through, which was incredibly frustrating. UPS turned everything around for us. Their proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference, especially during what was already an upsetting time. Marguerite Dorian and Conor Beirne were both fantastic, professional, approachable, and committed to getting the best outcome. I only wish we had chosen UPS from the very beginning! The UPS team on the Lisburn Road are a class act, and a delight to work with. So much of a property transaction is built on trust, and enabled by good communications. For my house purchase, the UPS/Lisburn Road delivered both of these qualities in spades. Thomas was superb on my initial viewing, and had time for me in what I know was a very busy afternoon for him. He is also an experienced hand, knows the local market better than most, and has the confidence to give an expert opinion when needed. I hugely valued and trusted his sage advice when I was mooting other options, absolutely first rate expertise and entirely honest/transparent with me. The equally wonderful Lara then managed my bids and subsequent purchase, again she was consistently clear, honest and transparent in all our communications while also providing hugely valuable insights, advice and expertise. Paddy clearly runs a great ship with a great team who have all been there long enough to be on top of their professional game - without losing their unique charm and personable approach, all of which helps build trust and reduce stress in the complexity of a property purchase. I recently sold my apartment using UPS. The experience was nothing short of daunting and filled with unexpected let downs, twists and turns. I can honestly say the intervention of Gareth at every stage was invaluable. Even at the times I became deflated, Gareth was straight in there restoring not only my confidence but mainly the thrust needed to push my sale to completion. I can't recommend Gareth and his Team highly enough. Nothing was ever a burden to him and his indepth and wealth of experience in sales prived beneficial for me. I have now moved to pastures new thanks to Gareth's interventions but both he and his Team remain there and no doubt willing to offer the same professional and personal service they afforded me. We sold our house last year with Paddy and co last year, and luckily also found our dream forever home with them too! From the first meeting for a valuation - We knew they were the right fit! We needed to move quickly to sell our house as we fell in love with a house that was already on the market and we needed to get viewings and offers in quickly. I couldn't recommend Paddy and co highly enough! They had our house measured, photographed and EPC survey within a few days and house online within a week, and viewings quickly arranged thereafter. The communication we had with Paddy was fantastic, he offered very helpful and sound advice and constant reassurance throughout the entire process! Lara and Thomas were also great, they provided regular updates on viewings anytime and as a team - the guys were all extremely friendly, professional and helpful! The staff at UPS Lisburn Road couldn’t have been more helpful to us on our emotional journey selling our home of 47 years! From Paddy’s first visit we were put at ease. Paddy consented to our requests which other agents would have denied us. We wanted to do our own viewings because of Covid precautions, we didn’t want a sale board erected and this was not a problem. Lara was a constant source of encouragement when doubts arose and a perfect link between us and our buyers ( our second viewers out of only 3). Even Tom who didn’t know us very well was always available with wise counsel. Thank you Paddy, Lara and Tom for helping smooth what could have been a rough road but which went without a hitch. One just needs to be patient in the process of selling ones home. What we thought would take 2 years took 3 months from first viewing. Would highly recommend the team at UPS Lisburn Road.
