We rented with Savills for about a year, the five star review is for their front house. Me and my partner ended up having quite a lot of problems with the management side and were not able to get hold of them for quite a while but their front house manager Ella Woods has been an absolute godsend, she has escalated our issues multiple times, went out of her way to ensure we would get a response when nobody was getting back to us and has gone above and beyond, I couldn’t be more grateful for her. She also arranged a cleaner for us when ours messed us about and has been our point of contact throughout. She even contacted me during her annual leave and even during out of office hours!!! She’s an amazingly caring person who has changed our experience completely even when it wasn’t necessarily her job. Thank you Ella you’re an absolute star, they’re lucky to have you x

I’ve rented with some agencies in the past but nothing compares to Savills. Ella Woods took care of the renting situation, from beginning to the end. She has been outstanding. Starting from the level of care provided by her and her team, with their professionalism, empathy and efficiency when conducting a tenancy process.
