GoogleI've stayed here for my entire undergraduate degree, and it's been a fantastic experience. The accommodation is modern, well-maintained, and has great facilities; easy 10 min walk to city centre. The whole team has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.

GoogleI lived in a property under R&R for 3 years from 2019 to 2022. Always had a good experience (especially compared to student halls and the other letting agents I’ve heard about. Amrit the landlord for H&A properties was always around and on hand if needed with speedy response times for maintenance issues. The complex I stayed in was kept in fantastic condition, no mould or damp at all. Thank you R&R and H&A for a pleasant and professional experience for student housing :)

GoogleBeen asked to right a good review despite living there 5 years ago but a "good" review is farfetched. The properties were expensive for what you got but they were clean and in a good location from town and the campus. The only good part of the company was Becky who was kind, lovely and welcoming so I cannot fault her at all. However the landlord we had (Nick) was absolutely vile. He often turned up to the property without any notice, would barge into bedrooms without knocking and was shouting, swearing and complaining. It was rare for issues to be rectified and it was common for us to not have hot water over the weekend with no emergency callouts being arranged (and this happened a lot during the winter). One of my housemates had a major leak in their bedroom which flooded the bed and mattress and took well over 6 months to sort. Our landlord even knocked on my bedroom door after I reported an issue and was threatening and intimidating me, a 21 year old woman, to never report another issue again. The landlord also made multiple threats to not give us our deposits back with no reason to back this up. Absolute disgrace and unprofessional and would avoid at all costs.

GoogleThe properties are great quality, perfect for students, having lived in several of these properties each one comes with everything a student will need. The landlord is great, kind and always puts his tenets needs first. When there is a problem with anything in the property it is sorted out as soon as possible most the time the same day the issue is reported. The staff are very friendly and welcoming would 100% recommend for students looking for student housing.

GoogleFriendly landlord and staff, quick to resolve any issues. Spacious bedroom with lots of storage. Smart TV in living room and plenty of seating. All necessary kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

GoogleI have been with R&R for 2 years now and they have never failed to impress. R&R have provided me with an outstanding service, responding to maintenance queries within short amounts of time and dealing with problems in a fast and efficient manner. They make sure to look after all their tenants and keep their properties in great condition. I strongly recommend R&R based on the above information and you will not be dissapointed with their service.

GoogleHiii, I've stayed in this property for almost an year while pursuing my master's course. The property owner is a friendly person and whenever there's any trouble with any equipment or a repair, they respond quickly and jump into the situation to solve it as fast as they can to give us hassle free living. I've enjoyed my stay here and built some amazing connections, thank you.

GoogleI have visited my sister numerous times here whilst she was studying at Derby Uni. I must say, after my own experiences of student accommodation (Sheffield Hallam) I was really quite shocked at the quality of this accommodation. Clean, nicely furnished and in a great location. The rooms really are quite classy! For anyone who has a loved one moving to Derby for University, I would highly recommend.

GoogleLived in the new mile apartment building 69a on friar gate, this place is in a great area, both close to town and the university with uni bus stops around the corner. The room is spacious and includes storage under the stairs and shelves. I would recommend R&R as they are very responsive to any problems or inquiries you may have, will be sad to leave this place
