GoogleRented a room from Nick in 2019 and couldn't be more impressed - I still talk about it now! Gorgeous flats with everything you need, comfortable, clean and tidy and Nick always went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and sorted any issues quickly

GoogleEvery property is designed with love and care as each property is designed to br unique so there is something for everyone. The landlord is down to earth and understanding who definitively takes care of all his renters. I have had no issues with the agency nor the property. I enjoy staying here and you don’t get many that you find as great as here.

GoogleRented a property on Watson street from R&R for my third year of uni and they were amazing, the property was a good size had everything in it we needed, staff quick to respond if any issues did arise and things were fixed quickly and unobtrusively, would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Plus they can store stuff over the summer for you if you are returning to one of their properties which makes life much easier than trying to lug it all back and forth!

GoogleAmazing accommodation and some of the most interactive and helpful staff ever. Landlord would often come himself to look at/sort issues and would be there quickly. This is a great company to go to if a uni student in Derby! Nick has to be one of the soundest landlords ever!

GoogleWould recommend R&R housing to any student looking for accommodation. Best landlord I had in my 3 years at Uni. All the bedrooms are good sizes and any problems always get sorted asap and the team is always professional. Just wish I’d found R&R sooner as I’d definitely would have lived here for the whole 3 years I lived in Derby!

GoogleI’ve been living here for my first year at Uni and it is a perfect place for accommodation! It is 100% better than the Uni halls I looked at before starting as all the rooms are very spacious. I have loved living here for my first year and will continue to do so until I finish Uni. I absolutely recommend :)

GoogleI have rented off of R&R for a year now and will be staying with them next year and probably till I finnish my course. They are very welcoming and professional. Whenever something has broken they have fixed it straight away and always answer queries as soon as they can. I 100% recomend renting with these for your uni accommodation.

GoogleStayed with R&R for 4 years throughout my whole uni experience and I couldn’t have been happier with; the agency, both of my accommodations, standard of care and help I received with any issues, friendly staff and properties were perfect to what I needed and very good prices. Recommend to any students 1st years + who are looking for accommodation!

GoogleWas looking at one of the properties for my daughter who wants to go it alone, when we phoned to enquire about 3 flats that were advertised we were told that they were 2022 prices and that in 2023 they would double. True to their word the new prices are up and they have been doubled, pure bloody greed

GoogleVery good houses, and very good landlord. Quality and size of the houses and rooms are one of the best around Derby, and likewise with the landlord. Very chilled and understands student life perfectly. Lived with R&R for 2 years and never had any issues. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

GoogleI have lived in one of there properties for a year now and I literally can’t fault them. The houses are well designed and modern, the rooms are very spacious and suitable for any uni student. The landlord is great, always willing to help with any issues or concerns, is highly recommend any of his properties

GoogleI've really enjoyed the three years I have lived here. The flats are pretty much the best deal out there. Very nice, big rooms, great facilities and all bills included. The landlord always fixes things straight away and the office is very helpful when there is a problem. Thanks guys, will miss you :)

Effective communication, spotless accommodation in the heart of Derby and always at hand for anything I need whether it’s maintenance or just a friendly chat. GoogleI highly recommend my apartment for international students. Perfect location; in close proximity to various University of Derby sites. Also a stone throw to the city center and bus station. You can't go wrong with choosing them if you are looking for elegance, affordability and diverse culture.
