GoogleHad an awful experience as a FTB. Was passed from pillar to post throughout our process and some members of staff were very unprofessional. They were not being honest with the sellers or ourselves, and the communication was extremely poor. This should have been an enjoyable process as a FTB, but it was not. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend.
