GoogleOne of the parties in the chain was a particularly uncommunicative and mistake prone legal firm. If not for the strong efforts from Kim and Sam at Rayners and my own solicitor, we would have blown the stamp duty deadline, and today I would be miserable in my old home, or monstrously out of pocket in my new home wondering “what have I done?”. I am now sat looking out over my new garden (which is a lot bigger), breathing clean air and enjoying the peace found out in the boonies after leaving town life (and town traffic!) behind. My wife and I are delighted, and it is down in no small part to diligence, very good communication and awareness of timelines from Kim and Sam. GoogleUsed Rayners to sell our property in Godstone, having had 2 chains fall through when both were very close to exchanging contracts, Rayners continued in supporting us to find a new buyer and keeping us well informed on how the chain was progressing, our completion wasn't straight forward either as the bottom of the chain didn't pass the funds up on the contracted day, their support through those difficult times was excellent and we were all relieved when the sale eventually completed one day late.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI invited several agents to visit my house and advise me on how they would market it. I chose Rayners because they were professional, clear, well-organised and direct. They delivered exactly what they promised. I was kept fully informed throughout the process; i received full feedback on each viewing, and the advice I received was very helpful. After an initial sale fell through at he last minute, they were very quick to organise new viewings and to find another buyer. I cannot fault them at any stage; their expertise, friendly advice and support took much of the strain from what was a difficult process. GoogleOutstanding- they were agents for the person we were buying from but were of far more use than Purple Bricks (our agent). When you call Rayners you actually get to speak to someone helpful and professional and they deal with your query and then call you back. I remember when the whole world was like that! GoogleAs everyone knows moving can be an extremely stressful time. We had a very positive experience with Rayners Town & Country in Warlingham. Lorna and Gill sold and found our properties and we’re so happy with our new home… they knew our new home was the right one for us before we did!! That just shows how good they are at their job and their years of experience. All communications within the office, particularly with Kim and Sam, were so helpful and friendly. We were always kept informed and up to date with every step and if we ever had any questions they were always happy to help. I would highly recommend this estate agent, they are brilliant.
