GoogleWe just wanted to say a huge thank you to Harry who assisted us with a very niche property sale. I would go as far as to say that had it not been for him I would question whether the sale would go through at all. He was always on call to take our questions. He handled all high pressure moment with ease, not only putting our mind to rest but really sorting the problem out very quickly. We're quite specific people and have been dealing with property for a while so I would really say that Harry has been one of the best agents we've dealt with.
Whilst I'm at it I will mention vaguely the other staff in the office, who even though I didn't have any direct long term dealings with, were not only welcoming but extremely on hand to help if it was ever needed.
On the whole we've been pleasantly surprised and pleased to no end. I would really recommend using these agents. Thank you again Harry!

GoogleUnfortunately my experience with galaxy has been awful, signed a lease with them in January, since then I had nothing but problems in my unit, the response times are terrible and you will get ignored. Roof has been leaking since I viewed the unit in January and have been promised this will be fixed before I move in, still to this date nothing has been done. Other problems have taken at least 2 months to fix small things like a broken light switch, and a leak in the bathroom, fire exit doors took 3 months after being told they’ll be here “next week” also in January. If anyone sings any paperwork I would highly recommend having a detailed look around the properties before taking them on. Seems like a joke to them.

GoogleI recently had the misfortune of dealing with Galaxy Real Estates in Southall and was left utterly disappointed. From the onset, communication was a hurdle; calls were rarely returned, and emails went unanswered. When I finally managed to schedule a viewing, the agent arrived late and seemed unprepared, lacking basic information about the property.
The description of the property listed online was misleading. The actual state of the property was far from what was advertised, making me question the integrity of this agency. Furthermore, the agent seemed more interested in closing the deal quickly rather than addressing my concerns and providing clear and honest information.
Additionally, the fees charged by Galaxy Real Estates were exorbitant and not clearly explained, leaving me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The entire experience was stressful and time-consuming, which is the last thing anyone needs when looking for a new home.
I would not recommend Galaxy Real Estates to anyone looking for a transparent and straightforward real estate experience. Their lack of professionalism and transparency has completely put me off, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
