I rented 3 units for my car business. I started with one unit from Galaxy Real Estate and dealt with Nav as I expanded my business. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. He provided a very good discount, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was smooth, everything was clean and ready on time, and he was always helpful whenever I had questions. I highly recommend renting from them, and I personally recommend Nav, great prices, great service, and an excellent overall experience!

Unfortunately I could not recommend this company at all. From start to finish THE most unorganised unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Had to message repeatedly to try and get an appointment to view as apparently there was an issue with obtaining keys. However, speaking to others about their experience with this company that seems to be a reoccurring issue and excuse as to why viewings take so long to organise. Communication and correspondence is untimely and insufficient, as a prospective customer looking for property to rent I d expect staff to be punctual to viewings and also have the very basic of information regarding the property I was there to view. I stood in the rain for over 1 hour waiting for the agent to arrive, I along with others waiting for the viewing tried countless times to contact him with zero response. When he eventually did arrive with a carrier bag of keys and fobs there was no introduction of himself no apology for his late arrival nothing. The viewing was just as much a shambles as the previous interactions, the agent was constantly on the phone to the office as he had no idea on prices or even availability of the units he was showing us. Turns out one unit someone was interested in and was willing to pay a holding deposit on is now suddenly unavailable. Unfortunately even though the units I looked at had potential to be suitable I would never use this company. The level of incompetence I experienced did not inspire confidence in being tied into a contract with this company. I appreciate the response to my review, although I suspect it’s a copy and paste that has not been proof read as the company number and email was not inserted into the brackets. I did actually WhatsApp the agent I had been in correspondence with prior to posting this review, I did expect some form of response to the message as I had set out my concerns within the message and the agent has my name and contact details. Unfortunately the opportunity to discuss these issues was not taken by the agent and therefore I d like to decline any further correspondence. I do hope that these issues are addressed internally.
