The "Book a call" button on feedback pages
You may see a Book a call button on a feedback page. What it does depends on which feedback page you are on.
Feedback about your estate agent
After you rate your estate agent, some agents offer a Book a callback button. It opens the agent's own booking page in a new tab, where you pick a time that suits you.
- The button only appears if the agent has set up a booking page. If you don't see it, the agent hasn't switched it on, and you can contact them using the phone number or email shown on the page.
- Your written feedback goes privately to that agent.
Feedback about View Agents (for agencies)
Agencies that use View Agents can rate the service. Choosing Book a call opens a booking page in a new tab so you can choose a time to talk to the View Agents team. If you ask for help getting started, you can also tell us the best time to call (any time, morning or afternoon) and someone from the team will be in touch.
Nothing happens when I click it
The booking page opens in a new tab, so check whether your browser blocked a pop-up. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
