GoogleWe have recently had the pleasure of dealing with PM to sell our family home. The property had been in the family name for over 55 years but losing my father in 2000 and my mam in September 2021 my brother, sister and myself decided to sell. One valuation came in at £70K and the highest came in at over £140K. PM valued the property at £120K and the greed within the family was to put the property for sale with a different company, you have guessed at £140K. A really bad mistake. Very little interest was generated and we decided after six months to contact PM and see if we could advertise the property with them. My sister and myself had the pleasure of meeting June at the beginning of July and agreed to what we were advised. Just such a pity that we did not take this advice first time round. By the middle of November our property had been sold. The professionalism of the team at PM has been second to none and as a family we would highly recommend using this company. Diolch yn fawr i ti.
