Following the distress of a property I was purchasing falling through after 6 months I was lucky to quickly find another suitable house. This time the Estate Agent was Peter Mulcahy in Ystrad Mynach and from my first phone call to arrange a viewing through to completing the purchase in just over 3 months I experienced the most incredibly professional service. I viewed the property the day following my phone call and June, who escorted me was polite, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property answering all my questions. I believe the purchase price was quickly agreed due to the agent’s efficiency, experience and diplomatic skills. Then the continued weekly ‘keep in touch’, phone calls from Sue were both reassuring and helpful if I needed to chase anything up. I can honestly say that having dealt with numerous Estate Agents during the last 12 months Peter Mulcahy are first class and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I recently completed the sale of my parents house. This was done through the ystrad mynach branch of Peter Mulcahy. June, Helen and Sue guided me through the process. There were many advantages to using this local estate agent. Having already done a probate valuation for me, they knew that the house was coming up for sale. The moment it went up they had a buyer. When this sale fell through, due to no fault of theirs, they immediately had another buyer. When I needed an electrician, a gas engineer and a house clearance they recommended trustworthy, reasonably priced local people. Apart from making the sale very easy they are also nice people, which always helps. If you are looking to sell your house I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Mulcahy, ystrad mynach branch.
