GoogleThis is a list of concerns with this estate agent, put an offer on a property which had been on the market for 2 weeks. We were the first to view this property, price agreed, I had to ring them to confirm offer accepted as not heard from …

GoogleLucas Estates handled the sale of our house in Treharris. The valuation by Jordan was spot on, although he was happy to test the market for us at a slightly higher price for a few weeks which we appreciated. The communication from the whole team was great and all viewings accompanied, which reduced our stress levels. Jordan handled the tricky negotiation on price for us at the end, and we felt very comfortable with the style and feel of the Agency as a whole. It was as smooth a transaction as we have ever experienced.

GoogleAdam Jones was actually our vendor’s estate agent but he became our ‘go to’ in terms of helping to shepherd the sale transaction over the line to exchange of contract. Not that I’m ever moving again, but if I did I’d chose Adam and Lucas Estates Agents without a moment’s hestitation!

GoogleBuying our first home couldn’t have gone any smoother thanks to Jordan Clash. True professional helping us from the start. Getting things done for us and keeping us up to date with everything that was going on live as it was happening. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

GoogleThe other reviews are fab so I am shocked myslef as when I enquired on a property they replied all good and well then another person from this place replied declining but earlier the same day I arranged a viewing at the property so its extremely confusing. The second email was very dismissive but the person I was arranging viewing was very helpful. I still don't know what is happening. They call to explain their admin issue and I was asked to change the review that I have left. I was leaving it until today after my viewing howecer I had a call this morning saying they don't accept pets and the landlord had another property with carpets torned up I explained that I don't have pets. After this call I gave it some time to feel the need to cancel in instance I will not changing my review it's shame considering the other review left but unfortunately on this occasion I will not be viewing at the property with this agency.
Hi Stevie, thanks for taking our call to explain the situation yesterday. As you sent two leads from two different sites they were answered separately causing some confusion but I can see the appointment is booked for you now. We are really disappointed to receive a 3-star review from you given the minor admin confusion and as you can see we really pride ourselves on a 5-star reviewed service so I hope you could reconsider your rating of us. Best wishes.

GoogleThis company have worked tirelessly for us during the selling of our property and without Jordan this would not have been possible. He is dedicated, thoughtful, knowledgable and, above all, honest. He has worked relentlessly to get our property marketed attractively and at the right price and we are forever grateful to him.
