I used Lucas estate agents recently for my house move, they dealt with everything from valuation, mortgage advise, marketing and showing and the sale. Although my house sale was prolonged and stressful Lucas estates kept things on track and provided reassurance at a very stressful time. Special thanks to Jordan for his mortgage advise, Adam for showing the house and Paula for keeping me sane! Having everything provided by 1 company was so much easier, Lucas estates were very professional but friendly and approachable and I would recommend their services 100%.

We used Jordan for our mortgage brokering and he was very easy to work with, clarified everything we needed and made it a pretty simple process thankfully. Would highly recommend, especially given the reasonable pricing too. Paula and her team were very helpful too, once all the conveyancing took place. As a first time buyer, purchasing my home was a daunting prospect but the team at Lucas Estates were fab at every point in the process. During house viewings with other companies I felt uncomfortable because of their outshines but Jordan and his team were warm and friendly yet professional and efficient also. Nothing was too much trouble and when my solicitor wasn’t very forthcoming (!) with the contents and fixtures list, Jordan contacted the vendor on my behalf and I had an answer in a matter of hours!! The girls at the office are always warm, smiley and welcoming and if I ever need to in the future, I would use them again without a doubt! Jordan Clash and the team at Lucas Estates,Ystrad Mynach offer a first class service. They sold my late brothers house - after holding just 2 Open Days for viewing the property sold in just 4 days ! Jordan gave me what I consider a very fair and accurate valuation and I accepted a very reasonable offer from the purchaser. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucas Estates - they keep you informed and updated on the progress of the sales process and provide in my opinion what I consider to be fair;accurate and importantly realistic valuations.
