Lauren at Arborfield has been great. Nice, honest lady and we have just reserved a plot. Lovely to work with someone who has an honest, friendly approach.So far we’ve been very impressed. The first visit the flat was flooded but on the second viewing we had an explanation from the site manager who was nice to deal with. Cannot wait to proceed with our purchase and I trust they are a good company to work with. I hope this feedback is passed to Lauren... she was informative and not pushy which was much appreciated.

Wanted to briefly share our experience and have to say that from the word go its been floorless journey. I employ a lot of people and I am in business with many more I would say I have learnt how to recognize false people and genuine people. Leslie was so warm so welcoming and so genuine my partner and I had been shocked at how unprofessional and uninterested all the other sales teams were that we encountered at various other builders it actually became a bit of a running joke between us during the time we were looking to buy, thankfully that all changed when we walked into the Crest sales office in Steeple Claydon. Leslie and Darren the site manager demonstrated incredible communication throughout the process I can honestly say I never waited more than 1 hour for a return phone call or an email reply and obviously we had many things to do. The process was so smooth and then we came to moving day and we got the keys to our fantastic new home a brilliant plot with everything done as we asked.We will always be able to look back at that time with fond memories despite all the bad things that were going on with the pandemic and I put that down to Leslie and Darren's professionalism, work ethic, and integrity we will always be grateful to them both and to Crest

I have recently exchanged contracts on a property in Brookland Park (P118) - Bristol. The sales team and especially Chris Hamilton and Kelly Rees have been extremely helpful and professional. Lesley from The Claybourne development in Steeple Claydon has been absolutely brilliant right from the start of the process. After a bumpy start with issues selling our own house, Lesley kept us informed about Crest Nicholson’s view on this, whilst all the time ensuring we were reassured and giving us confidence that our new home would still be ours.We recently met with Darren the Site Manager who has also been brilliant. Very professional and nothing was too much hassle.

TrustpilotWestvale Park - Site Shut Down Since Oct 2023 - Buyer Beware!
Westvale Park - Horley, Surrey.The development of Westvale Park in Horley Surrey has been shut down by the local authority since October 2023 and is yet to be reopened.This is due to Crest not having fulfilled an obligation to build a community build, something they had forewarning of.There are a number of buyers caught in the mess that Crest have created.I have been waiting to complete on a fully constructed house since October 2023 and month on month I am being lied to by the developer leading me to believe legal work had been completed to lift the restriction on completions, this was not the case at all. I have asked for details and transparency throughout this saga but have been fobbed off at each turn. It is only recently that I began reaching out to the MD, copying in the CEO of Crest, that I have begun to receive details. Having said this, there has been no regard to the distress and inconvenience caused by Crest and the impact to the buyer for a delay of what is now at least seven months (on a fully constructed house)!!Proceed with Crest at your own risk, they have no regard for customers, that has been proven to me time and time again throughout this, all they care about is the bottom line, no respect for the buyer who is spending extortionate sums of money. Crest could have eased the situation by being transparent and taking responsibility for the situation they have put buyers in but they have chosen to treat customers with contempt.

I moved into a Crest Nicholson property at Campbell Wharf in March and have been absolutely blown away with the service they have offered. My apartment is everything I could have dreamt of. The finish on my property is perfect and I have the pleasure of overlooking a beautiful private courtyard. I'd like to give a massive thanks to Sasha (Sales Executive) & Chris (Project Manager) for going above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience.

Unless you want to be waiting 80+ minutes to get out of your estate due to the construction companies poor planning of new builds onto main roads meaning they then have to dig up half of it creating roadworks that create tons and tons of traffic don’t bother!

We recognise the inconvenience these planned essential works have caused and thank residents for their continued cooperation as we work to complete them ahead of the Christmas break. These works, which have been communicated openly with residents and the local community, are being carried out in line with the framework agreed by local authorities, and once complete will help deliver improved connectivity for the community.

Can’t recommend Lauren, Hazel and the entire team at The Rowans highly enough. From the moment we walked through the door of the site office, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. They are all so friendly and go through everything with you so you fully understand what is you are buying. Attention to detail is very important to them as well as putting you at your ease.

My whole experience with Crest has been a complete nightmare and has put me off ever buying a new build again. The quality of the workmanship is shocking and the customer service not much better. You expect a few snags and when I bought my first property with Redrow several years ago we had no issues at all. When we moved onto this development in Solihull it was a different story. Every kitchen unit needed replacing as they were all marked, the bathroom sinks were installed at an angle, no drainage was put in the lawn so it flooded every time it rained, the fencing needed replacing twice, we were given a smart reader for another property but they wouldn’t replace it. The wiring isn’t capped and the walls so thin we were actually advised that we didn’t hang anything on them! We have managed to put some pictures up but a TV on the wall would be out of the question. We aren’t the only ones either, so many people on the estate complained that the Sun newspaper turned up to do an article one day! We’ve been in two years now and still waiting for a pavement outside our house instead of the rough tarmac we’ve been left with. As soon as the estate is finished we will be looking to sell up and get out!

Considering we are a first time buyer, and we really needed the clarity of the end to end process with specific guidance on the critical check points in the house acquisition process, Mr. Luke ensured that we did understand each and every step in detail and we did get copy of the detailed notes and hand outs of everything we discussed during our meeting which is super helpful for future reference. General condition of the house was ok. Very poor after sales. Snags slow to be resolved. We have no heating in a couple of rooms and the on site plumber hasn’t turned up two weeks in a row to rectify their mistakes. Garden was a load of mud, and front garden has to be redone as it was so poorly landscapes with no weed membranes.
