Naish Estate Agents have been absolutely brilliant in helping me to buy my first home! The lady that showed me round the property was delightful and from that point onwards everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and very communicative! I mainly spoke with Kim who was amazing and really on the ball which was more than could be said for the solicitors I was using!! I would definitely use Naish Estate Agents if I needed to sell a house as I am sure they would be equally as fab! Thank you very much for everything guys.

I was very happy I chose Naish. My house was sold quickly with no drama. Their photographer did an amazing job with the video and photos. I think it’s really important nowadays to use social media effectively, which Naish definitely understand how to do. An engaging, appealing video as their photographer delivers is very much part of that. Communication from Matt and Jade was always timely and very responsive. They have embraced modern ways and technology in a practical way to make the end to end process as straightforward as possible.

After trying & failing to sell our Home with two Estate Agents. One a prominent York based Agent the other an on line Agent. Giving it one last try Matt took on our home. After having so many people troop through our home without any interest .Which was extremely stressful and upsetting. Matt secured a sale straight away! Top service from Naish. Communication was excellent throughout, any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. I loved their use of a WhatsApp group to keep everyone in the loop. It made it effortless to follow each step, see updates in real time and stay on top of any paperwork or forms that needed doing. Their ability to do everything remotely made an huge difference for us working full time with young children. Highly recommend! Overall, a very smooth and well-organised service with lovely people!

Our experience with Naish estate agents was very disappointing due to misinformation, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. As first-time buyers, we were wrongly told that listing consent was approved when we first viewed a property where our offer was accepted back in February - which we later discovered through our solicitor was untrue, and that retrospective consent would need to be obtained. When we raised concerns about the lack of transparency, clarity, and fairness, the agent dismissed us as naive and impatient simply because we were first-time buyers. The agent forwarded a message from the seller to my personal phone that carried undertones of blame towards us. While I was aware the message had been sent, the tone was unprofessional and unacceptable. We believe the agent should have proactively ensured the seller understood how this could be perceived. This was especially troubling as I did not have the agent’s mobile contact details and had clearly requested all communication forwarded from the seller be via email. Despite repeated instructions for Naish to communicate only through our solicitors, I was contacted a couple of times during inconvenient hours while I was working, including a hostile call that felt argumentative and forced me to end the conversation. The agent refused to take responsibility and instead blamed our solicitors, despite our full understanding of the legal process. As a quality assurance professional experienced in managing processes and compliance, I found the patronising attitude combined with vague communication both unprofessional and frustrating. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty during what should have been an exciting time for me and my fiancé. I cannot recommend Naish estate agents to anyone seeking transparency, professionalism, or respect, as our experience was unfortunately the opposite.

Just successfully purchased my first home through Naish. Jade, who we met with initially was brilliant. Great communication style and seemed to effortlessly take into account everyone's needs. We were then in Kim's safe hands who navigated the process with just the right balance of contact and concern. She problem solved immediately and effectively as any queries were raised - and was always on hand to keep things on track. We bought our first house through NAISH recently, and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a small company and the communication between everyone is exceptional. They also take the time to get to know you and what you want out of the process, making you feel heard and supported. Every member of staff throughout the whole process was kind, supportive and professional. The case manager, Kim, was incredible. As first time buyers, we appreciated having Kim taking the time to explain to us what was going on, what the next steps were, and offering reassurance and a friendly presence throughout. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience felt important to share. As a buyer, I cannot recommend Naish based on how the process was handled. I started out optimistic and ready to trust the agent’s guidance, but that trust quickly broke down. Important information wasn’t communicated clearly. I had to chase updates even when the agent and seller were already aware of changes weeks beforehand but failed to share them with me or my solicitor, leading to last-minute damage control. When I raised concerns, I was met with a patronising tone that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than feeling supported, the process became unnecessarily stressful and difficult. It’s a pity, because with clearer communication and a more respectful approach, this could have been a much smoother experience. While Naish has many positive reviews online, my experience as a buyer was very different and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise buyers to proceed with caution.
