I would be delighted to recommend Naish to anyone. The whole process was completely seamless. Matt was professional and straightforward to deal with in the initial stages, photography was exceptional and communication was great throughout. Then having a dedicated member of staff for the sale progression once an offer had been accepted was brilliant. Their fees were slightly higher than some other estate agents but this is a fair reflection of the service we received. Thank you Team Naish!

We recently bought a property through Naish where we were part of a chain of seven properties. Even though Naish were representing our vendors, Kim’s efforts in sales progression were incredible. Of all the agents in the chain, she was the one who pulled it all together and was consistently ahead of our own agent in terms of what was happening. She became our go-to person and was happy to help, as she fundamentally understood that working in the interest of the chain is the same thing as acting in your own client’s interest. We can’t thank her enough for her efforts on what was a challenging process due to solicitors being, well, solicitors. A good agent will do the best for their vendor, but a great one will actually make the collective process happen. Thank you Kim, and thanks Naish!

Our experience with Naish was excellent from start to finish. Our initial viewing was with Lauren, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and able to provide great insight into the local area. Following this, Naish were very accommodating when we requested a second viewing, making the process smooth and straightforward. Once our offer was accepted, we dealt with Kim Riley, who was fantastic throughout. She played a key role in liaising between us and the vendors, helping to keep communication flowing and ensuring that queries were answered quickly. Her proactive approach undoubtedly helped to speed up the purchase process and likely reduced the workload on the solicitors as well. Naish Estate Agents recently sold two of my properties in York city centre with professional tenants in situ after previously securing both fully managed tenancies. I cannot recommend Naish and all the team highly enough with a very special thanks to Helen. After being a professional landlord for over twenty years I have heard it all and dealt with it all with most failing to deliver. Helen was ridiculously efficient in her efforts from day one spending unlimited time explaining exactly what Naish was going to do, how the proposed tenancies and sales would be achieved with unlimited communication throughout the journey. After being disappointed with other agents efforts I must say a sceptical eyebrow was raised. Helen and Naish achieved to the letter exactly what they said they would do, within the timeframe they said they would do it, no drama. Thanks to Sam a washing machine issue in one of the rentals was efficiently dealt with, replacement organised with updated plumbing. Not as straightforward as it sounds in the city centre, two floors up and no lift. Sam of course efficiently dealt with everything, happy tenant, no drama. Let's not forget the Naish engine room, Annie and Co sales progression, without such excellent service progress can sometimes become bleak, none linear and where some agents often fall down. A big thanks again to Helen and all the team at Naish, you all achieved what you set out to achieve...no drama. Best wishes Chris

We chose Naish to sell our late father's house. The choice was based on their valuation for probate - not the actual amount but the detail that went into the research for the valuation compared with the other two agents we'd asked. It therefore seemed an obvious choice to then go with Matt and the team for the actual sale, and we were not disappointed. The photos were outstanding, and as the house was in excellent location and in good condition we were not surprised to receive a couple of offers within days, and Naish managed to get us comfortably across the line. Other advantages were a flexible and cost-effective pricing scheme, and the presence of an in-house solicitor conveyancing service which made things very efficient. If we were ever to sell our own house near York Naish would be top of the list.

A great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend. Matt came out and talked me through how the process would look as this was my first time as a seller. He told me what he thought we should list the house for which I thought was reasonable. Jade was great throughout the viewing process and the back and forth of when the offers started coming in helping to secure the full asking price after around 6 weeks on the market (suggesting the list price was about right). Finally Kim was spectacular, keeping the sale on track, offering assurance as the chain started to drag and finally getting things over the line with an ever changing exchange date! All in all I'm very happy with the service I received and the entire process.

We recently bought a properyty and sold our previous property though Naish and couldn't wish for a better Estate Agent! We met Jade for the viewing of the purchased property and were extremely impressed with her knowledge and professionalism (which continued onto the sale of our property). Naish photographer took very flattering pictures of our proerty to be used on the listing. Kimberly dealt with everything once we'd agreed the purchase and sale, her professionalism, knowlegde and constant reassurance was invaluable throughout the process (particlularly for us as first-time middle-chain buyers/sellers). If we could have sidestepped solicitors and let Kimberly deal with everythig then we would have. [Thank you Kim!] Naish might not be the cheapest of Estate Agents in York but they're definitely worth the fees. Highly recommended.

It may seem strange to read a 5 star review for NOT selling my house, but the fact they didn’t in my case just shows the professionalism and honesty of Matt and the Naish team. Having recently had some personal challenges to overcome, I thought I would need to sell my house. Matt came to value the house (a valuation that ended up being absolutely spot on against the mortgage valuation), and talked through why I was selling. Instead of the hard sell, he actually worked through options to help me keep my house, putting me in touch with his financial advisor, and with his legal team. Fast forward a few months, and I am keeping my house. Honestly can’t thank Matt enough, I thought I was heading off the property market. Naturally if I ever do sell, there’s no question where I’ll go! Highly recommend the Naish team - transparent, knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely want to provide an amazing service.

Top notch from beginning to end. Matt's local knowledge was second to none and his pricing advice was great. The house photos, including video and drone shots, were done to an extremely high standard. Naish's books yielded a number of potential buyers even before the details were finalised, and the online ads through Rightmove etc. looked fab and generated a lot more interest. Within just over a week we'd had a dozen viewings and two offers. After accepting one the process was smooth and swift, with Naish's use of a WhatsApp group to keep us posted and a dedicated person (Kimberley) whose job is purely to move everything along reducing friction and meaning the whole sale was completed just a few months after our initial chat. A great, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team who you can trust to do a fantastic job. I wish all estate agents were like this!

We had an excellent experience selling our home with Naish. The estimate, photography, marketing etc were all of a very high standard, and they were generally good at making themselves available to conduct viewings - sundays were the only days they couldn’t accommodate. We received an offer at our target price a couple of weeks after going on the market, in a generally sluggish climate, so were very pleased. Jade provided a lot of support that we weren’t expecting, eg advice and support around our onward purchase as well as our sale, which was wonderful. Kim stayed in good touch with us once the sale was agreed, and was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question about our sale or our buyers. I would strongly recommend going with Naish to sell your property.
