They drop your house price without asking, they get your house details wrong and refuse to change them, they made us do all the viewings ourselves, then they won’t let you leave after the contract has ended, only way to get any response is to comment on Instagram, the manager is rude and will lie to your face about the contract details and won’t take any responsibility for her actions

I found Admir based at the Bradford branch to be friendly and professional, yet willing to help. I phoned and spoke to him at the branch on a Friday and by the Saturday he had responded to my request in person. That for me is a dedicated person who sees the value in good customer care and relationship building. I would consider using Hunters again for my future estate agent needs.

I have been meaning to write this review for months, which shows how bad our experience was. I had to deal with the Bedminster, Bristol, branch. I found the team to be exceptionally rude, patronising and dismissive. You should always treat people with respect, but at Hunters that doesn’t interest them. Do not trust the obvious fake reviews on google. These guys are awful. Avoid at all costs.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

Absolutely fantastic estate agents (Hunters Stourbridge branch), especially a Mr Harry Stanier, got way more than the asking price for us and was fully connected and involved right through until our move date, any issues he replied quickly and thoroughly. If and when i move again Hunters already have our business.

Shocking, sell property then can't sell. No due diligence, no respect to the customer. They don't get back to you even when you have bought a property. Staff wide boys and inexperienced, be warned do not use will cost a lot of money...

Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

One of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with!!!... I’ve bought many properties over my time but this company in Oldham are ruining the chances of any potential buyers for there vendors! The manager Joanne and her assistants are unhelpful, patronising and very unprofessional, I feel for the people who are trying to sell there properties through them!

My partner and I recently bought a property that was sold through Hunters Thirsk. We had to stick to a very tight deadline, but the team made it work! They answered all of the questions we had and were incredibly helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Has caused nothing but stress and disappointment. Staff seem clueless, unprofessional and non caring. They will never get back to you or keep you updated on your application. So if you do want to deal with them be prepared to make A LOT of phone calls. Personally i would avoid at all costs and go elsewhere!!!
