We found a gorgeous home being sold by EweMove that was presented really nicely online. They quickly responded to our request to view it, and booked us in with Alex. She showed us round and we felt very comfortable around her. A second viewing was booked in before we put an offer in. Alex answered all of our questions either instantly or having found out the answers. The office staff so far have been excellent to deal with and we look forward to getting the keys!

EweMove was the second agent we instructed, finding us a buyer in 4 weeks where our first (large chain) was unable to do so in 16 weeks. We went with the large agent based on their sales pitch of being largest in the area, access to large lists of prospective buyers etc. All of which was ineffective. EweMove gave us good advice, helped us sell close to asking price and we're clearly selling our home rather than just any house. The personalised service is worth every penny and we'll never use a large chain again.

Georgina is the most bubbly, friendly and knowledgeable estate agent I've met in my time as a home buyer. Her enthusiasm for what she does and the house she was showing us around was really different to any house viewing I've had before, and her honesty about work which needed doing around the property was a real breath of fresh air. The most impressive part for my husband and I, though, was the wealth of knowledge Georgina had, and shared openly and willingly, about not only the house but also the surrounding area. The positivity, responsiveness and helpfulness that Georgina, the agent, showed throughout the whole process was absolutely brilliant. We changed to EweMove in York over two years ago and it was a brilliant decision. We had been with a large and well-known letting agents based in the York area who had been utterly dreadful and made our lives incredibly stressful. We were desperate to move to a different company. My wife contacted Ewemove, and the Branch director Jonathan was very quick to reply and find out how they could help. Before the transition to Ewemove took place (during lockdown) Jonathan gave up lots of his time to do zoom meetings and answer the many questions we had; we were very anxious that they would be a company that would look after our property, our tenant(s) and ensure that they did what they said they were going to do. Ewemove are highly professional, offer an excellent service and we also find Jonathan, Elly (and other staff at the branch) have been both very approachable and friendly. I dealt with many before and they are not very lovely to me like these ladies.
