GoogleWent to their office. People were there, windows open. Got no reply from door entry phone. Rang office from mobile whilst in reception, still no reply. Left a message. They didn't respond. Sent a message to them on Facebook, still no response.

GoogleDo both members of staff need to take lunch at the same time closing the office again a time when most house sales go? I don't think so. Still waiting for them to come and pick up their for sale sign after nearly 3 weeks. I have also called to ask for it to be picked up.

We will also consider your recommendation regarding the lunch break. Historically it's proven that the demands of the service we provide can mean our advisers don't receive a lunch break if the office is open - with advisers on the phone and others helping people in the office - and we have to ensure we're being fair to employees, consequently the decision to close for 30 minutes at lunch was taken.
