GoogleWhilst TW were anxious and very enthusiastic to get my late father’s property onto their books, I cannot say they continued that enthusiasm through the sale and marketing of the property. I had to chase them for feedback on viewings. The sales person I dealt with tried on many occasions to push quite forcefully for me to accept a lower offer than I was comfortable with. In fact my buyers used TW also. We agreed how dissatisfied we were with them and we shared phone numbers and did most of TW work for them. Post sale I didn’t even get a ‘thank you for using our services. Please consider us again if you need to market another property’.Whilst they were polite and reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend TW in the slightest.

Dear Mr T. If there were elements of service you were not happy with I wish you would have come to us at the time so we could have taken appropriate action. The offer you accepted was 3.53% short of my valuation we will advise accepting an offer considering factors such as other similar properties in the market, feedback from viewings and market conditions. Whether you choose to accept an offer is your decision. Your buyers were using a different agent for their related sale, I have spoken to them and they didn't have any negative comments. We called you post completion but don't usually do an additonal follow up service call. Thank you for using Towers Wills.

GoogleTowers Wills looked after us brilliantly from start to finish. We had completely fallen in love with a house they were selling and at the time our house wasn't even on the market. They got ours photographed and ready really quickly and sold it within a few days, alongside securing our new property. They kept in regular contact throughout the process, chasing solicitors, speaking to surveyors and builders and meeting us multiple times to view the house.
I could not recommend them highly enough.
