It's rare to get estate agents who you actually feel care about your situation. I got just that with Alethea from the Yeovil office. I was looking for a flat in Sherbourne and she didn't try to drive a hard sale, instead, she listened, she empathised and she worked on my behalf in regards to my offer to the landlord. Over the last couple of years we've had several estate agents help us through our moves and all related admin etc, but none have been as accommodating, friendly and helpful as Jasmine Cox and Shabel Ahmed. Right from the start they were both incredibly kind, and it's really made a difference! My partner and I were purchasing our first property and Palmer Snell were the agents selling our chosen property. They have been excellent from beginning to end and they really helped us work with our troublesome solicitor to get through to completion. Ada was a huge asset to the team, as she personally drove up in the evening to meet my partner roughly 60 miles away in order to get a contract signed. She also has excellent communication and we can confidently say that without her tying the two sides together, there would have been considerable delays to the competition.
