GoogleI wish there were more than 5 stars! These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Being first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing, but no matter what Craig and the team were only a phone call away to reassure us and help us. It didn’t matter who we spoke to they were always so helpful and happy to help us, thanks to them buying our first house was pretty much stress free! Thankyou again to the whole team you are amazing!

GoogleInitially we viewed a house selling with evolve, the kindness and communication from Ben was outstanding, so much so that we decided to sell our house through them as well. The process then continued to to an incredibly satisfactory level right until the end. Craig kept us up to date regularly with any developments and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the service being delivered. When faced with challenges Steve ensured these were all resolved in a quick and timely way, he as well was fantastic in his communication and was incredibly kind and genuine! By the end of the sale we felt like part of the evolve family and I could not fault the service provided in any way. Their kind and empathetic approach made what can be a very stressful process, a calm and successful one. We would not hesitate to use Evolve again! So thank you guys :-)

GoogleEvolve sold our house in literally a day! We had been in our house for over 24 years so you can imagine how scary it was. We needn't have worried as Evolve were with us every step of the way. They were so professional and helpful. Even our next door neighbour who heard Ben showing people around commented how well he did his job! A big thank you to Ben, Mark and the whole team! Use Evolve and you won't be disappointed!! We now live by the sea and Evolve helped make that happen!!

GoogleCraig was very pleasant and helpful at all times. He was always quick to reply to all telephone and text messages I left for him. I was on holiday in Majorca when I purchased my flat, however the distance made no difference at all. Craig maintained communication between me and the people selling the flat without any hesitation or problems. He is a very good negotiator and works hard to ensure both the purchaser and seller of the property are happy with the deal/offer that is finally agreed. Well done Craig, job very well done. Mrs L

GoogleMy dad once told me there’s a huge gap in the market for an estate agent who was actually good and did their job. Steve and Mark have filled this gap. Evolve are unquestionably the best estate agents. They care, they work damn hard and they’re honest. If every estate agent worked like evolve, the age old saying that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences just wouldn’t be true. They know the market, they are actually honest with you about what you’re bringing to the market and don’t just hit for numbers/comments they think you want to hear. Thanks Steve and Mark. You guys are fantastic.

GoogleWell, what can I say, Evolve have been brilliant with the sale of our house!! From the minute we asked Ben to value, to the minute we completed! They made it so very easy for us and were all on hand whenever we needed any questions answered . Admittedly, we had asked another local estate agent to value also but after seeing Ben and his keen love of his job, he knocked the socks off any local competition and we knew that Evolve would be fantastic!!! They are all very professional and know exactly what you want and how to deliver. After we have a minor blip half way through with a solicitor, Steve worked as hard as he could to help fix the issue.. I would not hesitate at all to using these guys and would always recommend Evolve. Every time we contacted them either Craig or Mark were honest and reassured us, gave us the answers quickly. The only thing I would say was it's about time Ben had his own big desk in the office!! 😁 keep up the good work Evolve!! You are fantastic!!

GoogleHaving never been a property owner and learning everything from new, Evolve were perfect for us, especially as first time buyers. Informative, friendly, reliable, helpful and keen to always make sure we could set up timings to go and view the property, even after our bid had gone through with no issues. Craig was our agent and he was cracking. I personally would highly recommend Evolve as not only did they deliever their service immaculately, they also recommended a top solicitor for us. We had no stress with moving with the help and advice from this amazing estate agents. Thankyou

GoogleI would highly recommend Evolve estate agents to anybody. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Any problems or questions they would always sort out problems not that we had many thanks to evolve and would always get back to us with any answers to any questions. We found there 8-8 opening times great. Steve was always on the phone every week to update us with how the Cain was progressing and the solicitors. Craig, Mark, and Ben where also very helpful especially Craig a real nice guy a big hit with our children. Thank you.

BUT in the whole stressfull situation with solicitors(mine and the sellers) Steve was the shining light getting things done. This company is pro active on a scale I’ve not seen in this sector before... next time I’m going to move this is the place that I will turn to. 10/10 service... GoogleI was really impressed with Evolve's service and all their staff. There was no pressurised selling, purely a sense of knowledgeable, competent, professionalism. Their fees were good value and less than other quotes we received. They always kept us informed and seemed able to get progress updates from the buyers even when the solicitors couldn't. It eased the pressure of the selling process knowing I could rely on Evolve's management of selling my father's house.

GoogleEvolve secured two excellent offers within 48 hours of putting our house on the market with them. We then received regular feedback about progress with solicitors etc (including chasing and chivvying when necessary) and they were helpful and friendly throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough - moving house is a very stressful experience but Evolve (and particularly Ben) have made the whole process much less difficult .
