Google100% recommend Evolve in Yeovil. Steve, Mark, Ben and Craig were all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the purchase of our house. When conveyancers were non responsive, they chased them for us. When we weren't sure what was happening, they found out for us. Even after the sale had completed and we were in the process of moving in, we needed some information about utility suppliers, they found out for us. A lot of estate agents get bad press but not these guys. For us it was our first home buy so we weren't sure of a lot of things but they took the hassle out of it. It was a total pleasure speaking to them or emailing them. I would normally have gone to a smaller independent agent but the few we tried, didn't listen to what we wanted in a home. Evolve did. For us that was the big thing. They made us feel like we were their only customer. We don't intend to move anytime in the next 20 years but if we did, we would go back to Evolve. Thankyou so much all of you, you made what is considered to be one of the most stressful situations of life, bearable. Keep doing what you do, you made a massive difference to our lives. Thankyou so much.

GoogleReally impressed with the first class service from Evolve. I came from a position of being quite reserved and sceptical about moving and all the people involved along the way, “would I find what I wanted“, “would I afford what I wanted”, “would I get ripped off, or was it worth it”. I was recommended Evolve by a friend. The guys at Evolve were genuinely in it to help me and my family. They worked incredibly hard for us without a fuss, and they gave me all the confidence and advice I needed. What happened was a success story... They sold my property for over the asking price in less than 48hrs. After a little searching they helped us find our dream house at a price we could afford, and THEN kept everything on track during the Covid-19 lockdown too. We won’t use them again soon because we’re so happy with our new home, but I definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Steve, Craig, and Mark for all your help and hard work. GoogleWhen we decided to obtain valuations for our house in July 2020, Evolve were one of the handful we invited out. We were visited by Ben and were pretty much sold on his enthusiasm and character that we were confident Evolve would be the ones to sell our home for us. We also chose Evolve as they facilitate later evening viewing appointments which worked better with our work schedule - something that other estate agents won't. Within a week of enquiry we had a valuation, professional photos and a live listing completed! Mark and Craig facilitated our viewings. They were extremely flexible with us, allowing us time to get home from work and take the dogs out of the way in readiness! After a handful of viewings and our house being on the market for just one week, we sold! Communication continued throughout the proceeding months whilst we searched for a home to purchase, mainly via email with Steve . Emails were always replied to quickly and often out of hours. Unfortunately our first house purchase fell through and we were back on the search. Our original buyers wanted to hang on and Evolve were great at keeping in touch with both them and I, offering reassurance. In the final leg of the journey, Steve was particularly helpful in communicating with our buyers on our behalf making sure that the completion date was achieved. He offered both us and our buyers practical and knowledgeable advice on how to work best with our solicitors, finally completing March 2021. They have gone above and beyond in their duty and even attended the property to address a query from a neighbour on my behalf, without me needing to ask, as I do not live locally. GoogleFrom first meeting Ben at Evolve we were given an accurate valuation. We got the lower end of the valuation after our first buyer dropped out just before completion. As Evolve don't give a huge £20,000 difference from top price to bottom price we didn't feel we lost to much. They were straight back on the case after the first buyer pulled out. Everything went through within 5 months which included the first buyer pulling out a week before completion. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agents. Craig went above and beyond to help out with our purchase. We wouldn't have achieved it without him! It was great to have someone on the team who really cares. He's so organised and always got back to us quickly with answers. I can't recommend these guys enough! I certainly haven't found an estate agent I would be happy to write a review for (not a good one anyway!) but evolve and Craig totally deserve it.

GoogleThe whole experience with evolve has been really fabulous. Steve Mark and the team have been nothing but helpful and kind. I was very anxious to sell quickly as we had found a house we wanted and they did absolutely everything in their power to sell ours. They managed this within a week amazing. I had no problems with communicating and indeed had what I like to think of as a great relationship with Steve. He always answered my calls or got back to me ASAP. What a refreshing change. I would thoroughly recommend evolve and would consider them the best estate agents for your needs. Well done evolve would certainly use you again.

Evolve go above and beyond, they are professional, importantly honest, passionate, efficient & hardworking. Exceptional service from start to finish of sale. A superb service, far above and incomparable to all other estate agents I have dealt with. Steve and his team were consistently excellent throughout, from start to finish of sale, finding a buyer quickly, always prompt in replies to any queries, always providing prompt honest feedback after viewings, always regular updates and on all matters related to the sale. Viewings and availability outside those of other Estate Agents. Supportive and proactive throughout, where issues arose during sale and prior to exchange, Steve went above and beyond to assist. When there was a tight deadline, exchange had to be achieved, I believe Steve thoroughly assisted in ensuring the sale did not fall through. Evolve deliver an exemplary service, thoroughly and highly recommended!! Many Thanks to Steve and the team. They deserve the success from the great service they provide. GoogleWell, all I can say about this place and Stephen is there absolutely amazing. After 4 long months of being on the market, let down after let down we had given up trying to sell. We was recommended to try evolve and decided a second time to give selling a go. Steve was amazing through out, 24hrs 7 days a week on the phone with help and answers. He came to see me Friday an within 48 hours we'd have a viewing an a offer. He and evolve was amazing from start to end and finally helped myself an my family find our new home, after loosing faith in Estate agents. Faith was restored, good work!
