Dear Mrs Fogg We have searched through our records going back many years but have drawn a blank. You do not appear to have any connection with this firm and forgive me but your review appears to us to be a mistake. It would be greatly appreciated if you would contact our lettings office to discuss further so that we can get to the bottom of this. Nowadays we do not hold deposits ourselves, as per current legislation. Many thanks.
