After recently selling my house through Luscombe Maye, I can honestly say that Rebecca and the whole team went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. The communication throughout was excellent, which was particularly important during what became a very long and stressful process. Nobody likes being kept in the dark, and Rebecca and the team were always proactive in keeping me updated and chasing buyers, solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain. There were several points where I genuinely thought the sale might fall through, and if it wasn’t for Rebecca and the team’s persistence, hard work and determination, I doubt I would have got to completion. A huge thank you to everyone at Luscombe Maye for all your hard work, patience and support. It really was appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Joanna and the team at Luscombe Maye were excellent throughout the process of selling our period cottage in Plympton. We were amazed how 3 of the team came to look around before the house went on the market just to make sure they all fully knew the property. The photographer they commissioned was excellent - we had no idea the house could look that good! Their marketing attracted many viewings in the first few days and the house was under offer within 10 days of listing. Once the sale was agreed, the team worked tirelessly with us, other agents in the chain and relevant solicitors to ensure completion on what transpired to be a complicated chain. This was far from straight forward and they excelled at keeping the wheels in a motion. I can’t speak highly enough of how professional, respectful and efficient Joanna and the LM team were throughout.

My experience of working with Luscombe Maye was a very positive one. Joanna, Jason and all of the staff at the Yealmpton Branch were helpful and professional without being pushy, they know the area of South Devon really well and have heaps of knowledge about each step of the moving house ordeal. I had a very stressful final two weeks of the process with exchange happening the day before completion. We can thoroughly recommend the service provided by Luscombe Maye when selling our property. Their advice on pricing was realistic. Potential buyers were found within three days of our home going on the open market. Then, what should have been a straightforward sale became protracted because our buyers' solicitors were very inefficient and slow.
