GoogleFrom the day I instructed Luscombe Maye they were totally professional. The photographs were of the highest standard and presented the house so effectively that I sold almost immediately. All of the staff are friendly, polite and efficient. I paid a competitive rate of commission and yet the service I received was clearly superior. The communication has been faultless and I was always aware of what was happening at any given time. Joanna expertly ensured the momentum of the chain never wavered. GoogleLuscombe Maye were the Estate Agents marketing the property my wife and I recently purchased. I dealt with both Denise and Jason at LM in Yealmpton extensively throughout our purchase. They were fantastic from the initial viewing through to handing the keys over on exchange day. The service was always professional, yet friendly and consistently efficient. I was never left waiting for responses to questions and felt supported throughout the process. I highly recommend LM; either as a vendor or a purchaser of a property you are sure to be looked after.

The team of Jason, Joanna and Denise at Luscombe Maye, Yealmpton have been very pro-active and helpful in the selling of Mum's property. GoogleWe put a property on the market with the Luscombe Maye branch in Yealmpton Devon just before Christmas and had an excellent response, despite the time of year. We hade five viewings in one day and quickly agreed a sale with a client Luscombe Maye already had on their books. The company were excellent at chasing up all parties involved when necessary and made themselves available to us at all times for advice and information. The whole Luscombe Maye team were 'on the case' throughout the transaction and this allowed us to complete within nine weeks despite some issues that were outside of their control. We were also delighted with the price we received for the property. I thoroughly recommend them to any prospective sellers.

GoogleJoanna and Jason have been with us every step of the way through a rather complicated and lengthy purchase of a home and business. They often had to work with, cajole and encourage both sides over a period of 6 months and they did it all with good humour and kindness. GoogleI can’t praise the team enough at the Yealmpton office for their friendly advice and marketing skills. They put together a superb brochure, using a professional cameraman . The property featured in all the local papers, within the first week we got several viewings. Due to change in are personal circumstances, We withdrew the property from market within a couple of weeks. When I phoned Jason up to explain our decision, he was brilliant and very professional. I would highly recommend the Loscombe in May and I’m sure I will be using them again.

GoogleThe team at Luscombe May, Yealmpton sold our property in 2015. They were all very professional, with no bluster and importantly did not over-value the property to gain our custom. They provided sound advice on how they would market our property being that we had a house and separate equestrian facilities very close together.Their personal approach was very welcome at what was a stressful time and their excellent communication was highly valued: they kept us very closely in touch with progress and pushed the solicitors whenever necessary to achieve a smooth transaction. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone considering selling their property.

It has been 7 weeks from the date of viewing to our completion and we wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of Denise, co-ordinating our communications between all the parties involved.
