I spoke to Drew (Andrew Palmer) and was really impressed by his professional and courteous manner. He was able to give some really helpful advice and I felt I could trust his expertise with my property. Andrew even followed-up with further contact, as promised and I appreciate the attention to detail, during the discussion.

I have had an acceptable working relationship with Andrews Leasehold Management (Bristol) for nearly 20 years as both a leaseholder and freeholder capacity. However the last 2 years has been a complete nightmare. They are now incompetent, ignorant and incapable. The same can be said for their third party suppliers. They will do damage to your property. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently."Warren Buffett.......they didn't and got FIRED........after nearly two years of nonsense and grief from these clowns they want me/us to discuss the matter... to late you have been FIRED. Please,please anyone who who is thinking of even picking up the phone and engaging (or trying) don't do it!!INEXPERIENCE+INCOMPETENCE+IGNORANCE=ANDREWS

GoogleThe female staff treated me well and listened empathetically to my ramblings. Initially, under the men the sales approach seemed to be - do little, lower the price and some one will want it. Under female management, a proactive approach with good feedback. However, if I had any complaint it would be this. Because you have a buyer it does not mean that every conversation should be vocalised in a protective manner of the buyer, and by placing the seller in a secondary position, I can honestly say, makes the seller feel like the problem. Former employee have asked for a copy of my P45 for weeks and nothing happens. They are useless from head office to the branches themselves. I am glad I have recorded their calls and promises! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice. Instead of replying to my message please just get a copy of my p45, but it can’t be that hard surely for such a successful agent like yourselves??
Thank you for your feedback. We just completed a systems upgrade that affected our ability to process requests for copy documents whilst we continued to issue originals, however we are now clearing any outstanding requests and this will be resolved for you shortly.
