We purchased a home using Andrews of Yate and had Tom Bence as our viewing agent. Mr.Bence is a polite knowledgable person for whom nothing is too much trouble as we were to find out. Solicitors were not the best and Mr. Bence helped every step of the way. We cannot praise him enough for the help he gave us and would recommend him to anyone. We are truly grateful for his services .

The service I received, from start to finish, selling a house in Yate through Andrews in Yate was excellent. Dominique, Michelle and Tom were all delightful, and very professional to deal with. I was kept up to date with viewings and feedback. Although I had very few queries through the process, any I had were dealt with very promptly. I could not fault the service in any way and have no hesitation recommending.

If you want to move house, this is definitely the agent you need. From the moment i put my house on sale the service was absolutely amazing! Phillip took us to view property's, always on time and made you feel at ease, no pressure. Dominique sorted some issues I had, so very relaxed and straightforward. Michelle however is the absolute top⭐ where do I begin.....from start to finish she has been my tower of support, reassuring, helping and explaining everything all the way through to the very end, she has literally bent over backwards and gone out of her way to help me through this process to the very end, to which I am forever grateful. I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.
