Stay away from this company! Our sale almost fell though due to them. If we hadn't had started to deal with our buyer direct everything would have fell apart Connells are an awful agent.

Lettings team were extremely helpful. Found me a tenant within 3 days for my flat in Kidderminster. Very professional and did it very quickly. Did not have a rushed feel - just a good one.

Absolutely awful and dishonest.Still not received return of deposit despite moving out in June.TDS requested the funds but Connells have not transferred to them and subesrquently lied in court about the issue.Steer clear.

Do not use these people.......when things go wrong they will simply deny any responsibility and look forward to you taking them to court,which of course most of us cannot afford to do.

Absolutely horrific. I have never had to deal with letting agents this incompetent, unprofessional, and rude before.They are great at showing you around, but once you're in they will treat you like dirt.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

Worst company ever would not recommend at all. Don't do anything but harass you, chasing for rent that isn't even late.
