Sick of the harassment, constant phone calls and texts for a "mortgage review". I have not had a mortgage for over 10 years, and I have never had one with Connells. In fact I do not even live in the UK any more, so why the lies and deceit? I do not know how they got my phone number but it certainly was not given to them for this purpose! Scammers.

They where told over two weeks ago to realise the deposit to me by the TDI. Instead they ignored the request and said it was an admin error. When I contacted them after several attempts they promised me it would be no later than Friday. Not only has it not arrived, I am now being told it has not been processed. If I had not chased they would have still done nothing. Even though they can send the money today they won't. I have now been told Wednesday. This is not there money it is to cover rent arrears. I will never use them again I will just register the deposit with the tds directly so they can no longer make money from i

YellCompletely Different Experience!!!
I had my property on the market with another local agent and they were terrible. I was feeling very upset and my partner and I had pretty much lost hope in moving. I was reluctant to trust another agent after the experience we had before, but I can speak for both of us when I say I am glad we did! Connells have been absolutely fantastic and have managed to change my opinion on Estate Agents 100%. Their service was a million times better that our last one, and not just because they sold our house, but because they made us feel important and that our property was one which they would be honoured to market! I am very impressed with the communication and honest feedback they were able to provide, and recommend that anyone thinking of selling in or around Kidderminster has this same experience! Thank you all so much!

Yell'Con' nells
Avoid selling, buying and getting advice from this place! If you would like a business where you pay money and get nothing, then this is the one for you. When meeting Connells to buy a house they said they could offer us a better deal on a mortgage. Myself and my partner are both teachers and have been saving to buy a house. We paid over a thousand pound and went through the process to buy a house. They made mistakes and yet will not take responsibility for it. The bank they recommended to us said they would not give us a mortgage. So what was the point of Connells taking our money and recommending them? Connells refused to refund any of our money back. Really, they can just recommend anyone to you and take money off you as they refuse to take responsibility for the outcome. Utter disgrace. Avoid them.

Connells are consistent for sure. In Kidderminster and Worcester they hardly ever manage to answer the telephone during business hours. If you are selling a house, I would choose a different agent. Like many agents on Rightmove they seem to struggle just to get a location pin (satellite view) in the right place so that a potential buyer can look at plot size/proximity of neighbours etc.

SCAMMERS! They force you to transfer £220 to reserve property that you're planning to rent, calling every 30 minutes asking if you made a transfer and forcing you to do it faster. However, after you do that, they say that you're not applicable for the property and no refund you. No property, No refund, No support. A TRUE LEGAL SCAMMING SYSTEM. PLS AVOID AND REPORT THEM

We rented a property through Connells and from start to finish the customer service provided has been absolutely appalling. This business shouldn't be allowed to run the way it is, it very much feels like they are doing fraudulent things in the background. Would not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Completely unpolite staff, they forced me to provide my personal details just to view a property and they forced me to call instead of using email although I believe we are in the XXI century. I was also ensured my email was not going to be used for marketing and guess.... next day I had tons of Colonnells emails in my inbox. Awful experience. Glad the house was awful, too as I didn't have to deal with them anymore.

I booked a viewing of a 1 bed flat in Fishponds, Bristol. After receiving no confirmation I called the office on the day to confirm, they had me on the system and said they would send me he details and see me at the viewing. When no one turned up after 10 minutes I checked zoopla to find a contact phone number to see the property was listed as no longer available. Really poor customer service,waste of time.

The worst Agents ever!Try to avoid them as they are totally unprofessional and will try to charge you some ridiculous amounts of money. We decided to let our property through them going for the full management and after 3 mouths we ended up without any payment received, as they were saying the money are bouncing back! At the moment going through endless complaints procedure! What a joke this company is ! Bunch of unprofessional people! AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you have common sense DO NOT USE! We went to view a property, the agent was rude and pre-judged our situation, which they knew nothing about. Have no customer or communication skills… Connells are completely and utterly degrading and disrespectful. How they even get custom, I do not understand! If there was a -5 I would have put that..

The valuer seemed to be a good person to chat but I would question his professional judgement. He undervalued ( compared to THE well respected local agents) the house without any justification. It didn't affect the end result as I was just switching the lender. Would have lost the property had I been a buyer.Yes he works for lenders for a measly fee but where was his professional judgement?

GoogleIf you've got bad neighbours who are loud and inconsiderate in every possible way and Connells are the middle men with the rent. Don't bother asking for any advice or help, because they don't care. As long as they get their money, they're happy to do nothing.

Horrendous experience renting a property from Connells at the Kidderminster branch telling the landlord not to do an inventory on the property and as for managing the property they don’t carry out any repairs they don’t even clean the property before anyone moves in so in a disgusting state and when it comes to moving out they then want to claim the tenants deposit on behalf of the landlord

Unbelievably bad experience. We have been let down massively multiple times. We had major health and safety issues, unusable toilets for 2 months and we only heard promises.We had to contact Private housing at the city council to get them to do something. Unreliable would be a compliment for them. Do not use these people, seriously.I can keep going with how many problems we had but there is no point. Their ratings say it all.

Renting my first property with them, was told it would be finished for the day I got my keys, 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for my cupboard doors to be fired, my shower to be fixed and the nail sticking out of my banister to be removed. They’re quick enough to take the rent out of my account although they put me in arrears as they never took my account number for future payments.
