GoogleI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE VERY PERSONAL TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM THE WYMONDHAM OFFICE.MY PROPERTY HAD A AGRICULTURAL RESTRICTION ON IT AND THE MANAGER WORKED VERY HARD TO HAVE IT REMOVED WHICH SHE DID ENABLING ME TO GET A BETTER PRICE FOR THE PROPERTY I WOULD HAVE SAID 5 STARS HOWEVER I HAVE HAD TOO MANY CALLS AS TO WHEN I WILL BE PUTTING THE HOUSE I LIVE IN ON THE MARKET

YellFantastic service and staff members
Being new to selling a property and nervous about the process, our concerns were soon forgotten. The whole team worked perfectly like a well oiled chain and kept us informed at all stages on what was happening with regular updates. We can’t single out 1 member of staff as it would be unfair as everyone was excellent. We would definitely recommend using them to all our family and friends

Delays in getting repairs done in the property . For example 6 weeks without a washing machine . Calls never returned . Very poor customer service especially when ending my tenancy . Friendly until you sign and move in , then they aren't interested in you anymore . Will never use them again

Absolutely appalling service from abbots Wymondham, made an offer on a property only to be strung along for 3.5 weeks, until they got a better offer!! I will never buy or sell a property through Abbots!! Avoid

In the 3/4 days of calling, they only managed to answer their phone once (called on 3 different numbers) and didn’t respond to any emails. Kind of glad the flat I wanted to rent is let agreed now cause they won’t waste any more of my time.
